Decentralized Structure:

The group operates in an entirely decentralized organizational structure in which daily operations and decision-making responsibilities are delegated to the individual company owner managers. This helps us in preparing for emergencies, efficient decision making and in business expansion.

Entire group is divided into independent companies in Johannesburg, Capetown and Durban.

Standard operating procedure for service & back up is clearly defined. We respond within hours if any faults/breakdowns is reported.

Group is coming out with a 360-degree mobile app for your smart phones to report a service or fault on products. Customer will then be notified electronically and he can track progress of technician being allocated and how far is he from attending to the job.

Succession Plan:

We work continuously to develop a leadership culture and knowledge transition process is clearly defined across the group.

The senior executives are groomed as potential candidates for leadership. The board gets involved in the planning process at all stages, and there is a high level of transparency between board members. Durban Group Company is jointly owned by a local Durban resident & Capetown Company is jointly owned by a local Capetown resident.

These combined factors create an ideal succession plan, which have enabled each company to forge ahead under a new leadership as and when it is required.
